📦 Shipping Policy – Up & Glow
Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Below you’ll find all the details about how we pack, process, and ship your goodies.
🕒 Processing Time
All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During sales or restocks, processing may take a bit longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait!
🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship via USPS, UPS within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping — but we’re working on it!
📬 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via phone number or email. Please provide a current email or cell number for notifications at the time of checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update.
❄️ WARM WEATHER SHIPPING NOTICE
Our handcrafted products are sensitive to heat! ☀️
During warmer months, we highly recommend retrieving your package as soon as possible after delivery to help prevent melting.
To protect your goodies, we insulate your package and include commercial-grade cooling packs whenever needed. 🧊📦 Because of the additional packaging, weight, and rising carrier costs, summer shipping rates may be slightly higher.
We do everything we can to help your products arrive safely and beautifully! 💕 However, once a package leaves our hands, we cannot control temperatures during transit or after delivery, so we are unable to offer refunds for products that melt due to heat exposure.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Up & Glow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If this happens, please reach out to your local post office or file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
