📦 Shipping Policy – Up & Glow
Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Below you’ll find all the details about how we pack, process, and ship your goodies.
🕒 Processing Time
All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During sales or restocks, processing may take a bit longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait!
🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship via USPS within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping — but we’re working on it!
📬 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via phone number or email. Please provide a current email or cell number for notifications at the time of checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update.
❄️ Warm Weather Notice
Our products are natural and sensitive to heat. During summer months, we recommend retrieving packages promptly to prevent melting. We do not offer refunds for melted items, but we do our best to package with care!
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Up & Glow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If this happens, please reach out to your local post office or file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
